I have been a real estate investor since 1996 and full time since 2005. Today I primarily wholesale and lend, but also have about 20 or so rentals that I manage. I used to manage 100+ units mainly to tenants referred from mental health agencies. I have also fixed and flipped and creative financing deals.
I have a degree in construction management. I
worked for three residental construction companies for the past 15 years and branched out on my own for 10 years.
