I have been investing in real estate since 2005. My last deal was a April 2014 acquisition that we purchased for $1.5MM (a distressed 96 unit) and added $900k in renovations. We had a 5 year disposition at $3.4MM but we where able to sell it July 2016 for $3.7MM. My strengths are construction management, property analysis and land assembly....
