I'm 18 and want to start investing in real estate but don't know where to begin!!
I am a new to the idea of real estate investment. I own a townhouse and suddenly got transferred out of state to a new job. Instead of selling my home, I decided to rent it out and become a landlord at 27. It's been interesting and I've been enjoying the experience. I'm interested in pursuing it further, but I have no idea where to begin.
I am currently looking to invest in rental properties.
I don't know much of anything about the real estate business. But I am extremely interested in starting a business in this field. For now, I am mainly focused on learning about flipping and multifamily investments.
