I am actively pursuing FIRE, and hope to use real estate to help get me there faster. I want to be able to leave my 9-5 job so I can focus on bigger projects, such as climate change, sustainable development, etc. As of now, my main strategy will be BRRRR on single family homes, and potentially scaling up to multiple family buildings.
