We are a company that represents a group of investors that want to invest in rental single family homes. we are trying to get properties below 100k that can generate 8-10 percent anually in a decent area that can appreciate with time.

I invest in small companies in the DFW , and I have previously done pre foreclosures , buying subject to the existing loan. Now I want to get into the multi family property investing , I hope to learn as much as I can about the different aspects and work with the right people.
