Got into the real estate scene full time after dabbling in it as a passive owner for the past 15 years. Now my interest lies primarily with owner finances/lease option/rent to own lending type investments.
just getting into flipping. and also thinkin of getting into wholesaling to create cash flow
I moved to the city of Montreal in 2017. At the moment I own several rental properties solely in the condominium market. I would like to adopt more real estate investing strategies as well as venture into other types of properties such as residential and commercial multi-family units.
