Trying to learn and make my first deal. I'm currently 53 and want to add additional streams of income. I finally realized that working for 40 years and then living on 2/3 of what you use to make is just not worth it. I want to be able to enjoy my retirement or early retirement and not wonder how I'm going to survive or pay the bills.

I currently live in nyc. Im a father to a 3 year old girl and a 2 month old boy. I work doing electrical for the last 10 years. I own a 3 family home and looking to invest into more properties. I love the real state. Its a great way to make money.
