Hi, I have no experience in buying estate for profit by either ,renovating and selling , renting , or buying and flipping . I do however have an understanding on how the process works and the current housing market .
For the last few years , I have been house shopping throughout south Florida for a place my family can call home ....
I have a holding portfolio of about 25 rentals...I want to flip and wholesale only at this point...I've been investing in real estate for about 13 years
