I own a few properties and I am more on the "buy & hold" side of investing, but would like to learn more about other strategies.
I am looking to generate income outside corporate America. I want to learn and teach these principles to my boys so they can be better prepared for their adult life. I want to provide them with choices and introduce them to people that are smart, driven, and can think outside the box.
