Looking to improve investment knowledge and experience
My wife and I started flipping properties in the downturn of the market 10 years ago. We flipped 2 houses (which we wish now we had kept!) and bought 2 rentals. Since then we sold 1 of those rentals and still have 1 more. We are looking to get back in the game to ultimately fund our retirement in 10-15 years.
My husband and I decided to start investing in real estate to help better prepare us for our future. We now own 3 multi-unit properties, brought back to life after a full rehab. We have no problem with hard work but there has got to be an easier way. Its next to impossible to find anyone who wants to work or who will finish a job.
I recently started to invest in real estate in 2019. I am interested in short term rental by the beaches along the Eastern Coast of the US. My primary focus are North Carolina and South Carolina beaches.
