I have been investing in Real Estate since 2001. In 2009 I became a full-time real estate investor and started building my portfolio in the US. My buy and hold strategy has fared well both in Canada and in the US.
In 2018 I partnered with a colleague to invest in other types of deals: gap lending, distressed notes, fix&flip, etc....
