Putting students in homes would be my main focus to start (rental properties) and placing small families in properties that they can call home...
I’m an investor in the Indianapolis area. I’m open to all types of Real estate investments but want to build up my portfolio with SFR’s. Currently have 5 rentals and average 3-4 flips per year.
Australian Ex-Pat living in Canada. New to the Real Estate Game but very keen on connecting and learning more. I have a decent savings stash looking to use my industry knowledge to invest it intelligently.
