Hello, my names Don. I've been interested in joining to real estate investing community for awhile now. I attended a seminar for Than Merrill, recently. I just really would like to learn in depth about flipping, buy and hold and low or no money down real estate investing.
Buy and hold investor with a few properties in A neighborhoods in AZ. Looking for opportunities to invest in cash flowing deals in AZ or other markets if the right opportunity presents itself.
