I'm looking toward the future & would like to have a steady income after I retire. I love remodeling & home improvements. I enjoy finishing projects & reaping the rewards.
I invest in real estate here in Southwest Virginia/Northwest North Carolina. SFH rentals and flips. I'm interested in buying 2-4 unit multi-families. I am a Virginia Realtor.
I have done a few things a flip and auction, rentals of my own, deed sales. Not in Alaska other than the rentals, I need to get everything set up to start here and line up all the people I need and all the help I can find. I willing to share what I have learned and help any one I can.
I work full time as a building materials supplier, looking to use my experience in the field and the contacts I have made to invest in real estate.
