I’m new to real estate and I’m trying to learn everything I can. I have worked in Healthcare for 15 years so this is out of my element. I’m literally starting from the beginning but deeply passionate about learning. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

New to real estate investing. Currently finishing coursework for RE license. Plan to begin wholesaling in order to increase my existing capital and scale up my ability to flip. Looking to focus on flips with an ARV > $100k. Long term I would like to build a substantial portfolio of passive income.
