Just a guy trying to get something started. Tired of listening and reading Guru and experts over and over.. just to be told to buy something.. I've never done anything with real estate, never had the money. then I start hearing from people that they bought houses at auctions for 600$ so now im really interested, and I want to learn everything I can.
