While I am new to the real estate industry, I am a NBAT bestselling author, former award-winning journalist and educator.
I am fresh off 5 real estate books and 10 year of being a performing musician. Looking to create enough cashflow to replace most of my performance income through single family rentals and turnkey options.
I am one of the owners of a Commercial Insurance Brokerage and a real estate investor. But more importantly, I am a husband to Holly Webster and dad to three great kids :).
I was born and raised in Monmouth county NJ and moved to Northeast Florida in July 2012. I got into the construction industry and still use that knowledge in my real estate investing. I am now currently in Jacksonville FL. I hold a state building contractors license.
