Highly motivated. Getting my REA license in May
I've spent 15+ years working in various aspects of real estate and continue to learn everyday. I've helped acquire, manage, and/or dispose of hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate on behalf of employers or clients. I've also owned a few rental properties and a couple first trust deeds.
I'm a Canadian investor with over 24 years experience in both Canada and the U.S. In addition I also am a speaker, mentor, a hard money lender and soon to be a published author.
At the end of 2012 I lost my job and after looking around I decided to become a Real Estate Investor. It was not until I teamed up with a couple of Wholesalers that I realized what my niche was.
I have been involved in RE since December of 2011. Prior to that I was a Sr. Systems Analyst/Project Manager in the entertainment industry. Having a technical background give me an edge on using technology to automate systems as it relates to my real estate business.
