Have taken months of real estate courses and looking to get started in real estate immediately. My problem right now is getting funding for my real estate deals.
I mostly do rehabs but I'm also interested in rental property
My name is Jana and I recently attended a 3 day seminar on real estate and have a second 3 day seminar coming up. I'm trying to learn all I can with the hopes of starting a new career. So far I have loved all the learning and hope joining Bigger pockets will answer questions and possibly find a mentor.
I am a true newbie who is learning all I can about wholesaling and how to find investors. Finding good properties has not been a problem for me, but without a list of investors it doesn't do me much good. I'm excited to begin my new career and look forward to sharing with other wholesalers. Jana.
