I'm a loan officer for a private money lender. I've been at it for a little over three years and I love it. I find myself on Redfin, Zillow, and Apartments.com in my spare time getting a sense for different markets. Still saving up for my first deal but I'm happy to learn and share my experiences with everyone else in the meantime.
