I am 45, employed full time and am interested in learning all I can about buy and hold real estate investing. I do have many DIY skills as I have done many home projects such as tiling, laminate flooring, cabinet install, sheetrock, trim/paint, basic plumbing, beginner electrical work.
My boyfriend and I recently moved to Marietta, OH and plan to invest in multi family rentals within the next year, starting small and scaling from there.
