Hey BP! I'm a newbie in the real estate world and looking to purchase my first investment property this year. I currently work in tech sales but my long-term goal is to have multiple rental properties and have the flexibility to leave my day job.
I am a full time engineer and I would like get my feet wet with "buy n hold" SFR rental properties primarily in Phoenix, AZ as it is at a driving distance (oh well, 6 hours) to where I live and my cousin lives there.
