My husband (Jeff) and I are just entering the real estate industry and are in the process of learning as much as possible. We will be focusing on long distance investing as we live in New York City and it is simply too expensive to make it work here. Our primary focus is on buy and hold rental properties focusing on maximizing cash flow.
