I'm a stock broker that has dabbled in rentals for a number of years but as I get closer to 50, and don't have near enough saved for retirement, I need to kick it into gear. I've found a nice little area in FL that I want to retire to so I want to start putting together a portfolio of 50 rentals to make this happen.
