I am currently in the process of attaining my real estate license, and building up my portfolio by investing in real estate and working as a realtor. My goal of being on this site is to collect as much information as possible so I can be as knowledgeable as possible regarding anything related to real estate.
I currently own two rental properties and have had the for about 3 years. I work as an electrician for a public utility but I am determined to be able to live and retire off of investment property alone. I am currently trying to educate myself on the different ways to use real estate outside of just renting it.
