Recently married we both have great jobs, but don't want to work for someone else until retirement. We're new to real estate investing and eager to learn. We're interested in multifamily/SFR for rental purposes or to BRRRR.

I am an active duty Soldier with over 8 years in the Army. I have no experience in real estate. Was recently offered a rental property and just to see what it would take to purchase the property, I have learned a lot and now I am thinking I want to learn more and possibly start building my wealth through real estate investing!
