I have done a few deals now and have recently moved for California to Texas do invest in a more stable market. I've done 2 flips here in TX lost money on the first one ..obviously...but made money on the second. I plan on continuing to flip and acquire rentals start advertising for my own deals instead of relying on wholesellers.
I'm a full time IT analyst that has picked up an interest in real estate investing for additional cash flow.

I do not have any real estate transaction experience.
Real Estate Goals:
Get my feet wet with real estate wholesaling and using those proceeds to eventual wade into flipping/rehabbing homes....
I am a teacher and have been interested in Real Estate investing. I have dabbled a little in the past with a couple of successful Real Estate deals, but there was small return on each of these as I was just getting started and was conservative. Now I have more education, I am looking for more projects.
