Hello, beginner real estate investor here! In 2020 I graduated from Indiana University of Bloomington with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Since graduating four years ago, I moved to Downtown Indianapolis and began my nursing career. Currently I view real estate investing (REI) as a method of generating additional income apart from my 9-5....
Originally from Chicago, now residing in Hermosa Beach, CA. My background consists of Sales, Marketing & Education. Have a Bachelors Degree from Michigan State in Business and a Masters in Education. I currently do Sales for one of the fastest growing Logistics Companies in Los Angeles.
I have always been interested in real estate. I would always grab the real estate guides. I still read as much as I can about real estate. My husband will be doing most of the leg work. Some of my family are realtors.
I'm just getting started in this business and would like to learn as much as possible. I am not looking for a get rich quick scheme rather a method to build a large amount of stable wealth over time. Constructive and down right brutally honest criticism is encouraged.
I see real estate as a way to create a passive income for my future. Right now I'm working at becoming a self-employed artisan, something I've always dreamed of doing, and I plan on scrimping and saving to get money to invest.
