I am an investor in Salt Lake City, Utah.
My grandfather had a unique way of flipping houses. Instead of improving the home, he improved the location. He and his brothers bought an abandoned town, disassembled the houses piece by piece, and put them back together in a neighborhood where people wanted to live.
I don't think...
I am currently wholesaling throughout Central Florida (Volusia, Flagler, and Brevard Counties). I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad (sorry Josh) in Dec. 2012, and started pursuing REI full-time in 2013. I have had some part-time jobs in between, but have been growing each year and am happy to say I'm a full-time investor now!
Been working in the financial industry for 21 years. Just getting started with real estate investing.
I have been a Lic. agent and Broker for 18 years. Rental Mgt for 9 years.
Full time Mechanical Engineer, with decades of of home improvement/updating/renovation/repair experience of older homes. We have three properties in FL, one duplex on the beach in Daytona, SFH in Tally, two SFH in NC. Getting queued up for another purchase when opportunity and preparation intersect.
I am employed full time as a Sr Risk Manager at a large Financial firm and I started investing in real estate to create a second income.
I'm still fairly new to RE investing. We have done 3 flips so far, but we are getting more interested in rentals for passive income.
