I have been involved in RE for 26 years mostly buying and holding my own inventory. I did 2 flips in the last 10 years. I manage my own properties on a PT basis. I am looking to expand my portfolio with some creative financing using the equity on my current properties. My goal is become a FT investor. Hopefully this website can help.
