I've always had a good eye for real estate and I have helped with many remodels. When my son expressed an interest in flipping houses I volunteered to do the research and plan to jump in with him if we decide this is for us.

Recently begun to follow a program to be a wholesaler in residental properties in the communities east of Atlanta GA. Being here is part of the education process at this point.
I am retired from the insuance business. I am also a fine artist mostly animal portrait but also paint landscapes. The medium I use is oil on canvas.
