I am an electrician in the steel industry, bought a crappy home, gutted and helped rehab, The home is currently for sale, I would love to go in on a home with a carpenter that is reliable and works as a team. I will be buying another home when this one sells.
I'm 27 years old and I am looking to buy my first investment property.
I have been working as a Real Estate Agent just about two years. There are some fields I am interested. I am currently working for sellers. I will work for buyers, rentals mostly and for investors. Once I have some knowledge and experience I will invest in properties on my own to rent them and re-sell them. This last one is my prime goal.
