I live in a college community with ever-rising rent prices. Have a beautiful wife and 2 kids! My wife and I dream about running our own little Chip & Joanna Gaines fixer-upper biz. Successfully "house hacked" in 2016 and now have a goal to flip 2 single family homes by the end of 2017!

Live in Appleton, WI with my wife and 4 kids. We run the REIA here in Appleton, lend private money, and do wholesale and rehab deals. We also run a local mentoring program for new investors that has been extremely fun and rewarding. We are full time investors.
