My husband has been trying to get us/me into Real Estate investing for almost 2 decades, all the while educating himself some. We did try a Shortsales course in 2006, but didn't pursue. After a recent vacation, I finally saw his vision and created my own. Now we are in this together and I have a lot of catching up to do!
2019 update:
We added a 2nd rental property in Memphis TN to our portfolio and converted our primary residence into our 3rd rental. We are now mostly nomadic for work traveling around the US, and some internationally, but we still are looking to pick up more properties!
