About 27 years ago I took some courses on Real Estate investing and was able to buy my first house, then came the kids and all was forgotten. Now I am about 10 years away from retirement and I am looking to get into flipping homes. Looking to learn and hopefully be usefully to some other members.
I worked for a large corporation for 23 years when they decided to outsource my job to a foreign country. I decided to start my own business which would allow me to invest in real estate. I currently own two single family rentals and hoping to get into multi family deals.
Whent to architecture school and am looking for new opportunities.
i've been in the building industry for over 20 years from doing complete kitchen and Beth rehabs to boiler installations were I went to school for currently I work in the city as a crane operator I love my job very much but now since the kids are grown it's time to start investing .
