I am an IT Systems Administrator by trade. I grew up in the northern Suburbs of Detroit. I worked for General Motors doing several different computer support jobs back in the 90's after college. Since then, I've mainly worked for the Navy and Air Force in Southern California.
I am a 19 year old real estate agent living in Charlotte NC. I have always been an entrepreneur since I was little. I recently sold my landscape company so I can focus on real estate 100%. I want to get into the investment side of real estate. I have open ears, always looking to learn anything I can!
Invest in both commercial and residential multifamily. Portfolio includes singles, duplex, triplex, 4 plex, limited partner syndications, total units 700+, target acquisitions requirements are cash flowing or value add.
