I'm from Hendersonville, NC and have been living in Shanghai since 2012. I've listened to quite a few podcasts, read books on real estate investing (especially long-distance), and have done some digging, but I am still new to real estate and have yet to invest significant money in it.

I am an engineer, CT/MA real estate agent & investor, and wrestling coach. My grandpa and father were developers/carpenters so building is in my blood. I'm always on the lookout to network with experts in my area, learn as much as I can, and have some fun along the way!
