Hello; I'm new to this blog and just found this navigating the web. My family inherited a property in the town of Caguas and for some years have been renting it. Decided to finally sell it but realized is more a "fixer-upper" at this stage. It will need some repairs and the price will be perfect for an investor. Would you give me any advice?
