I am an active duty Marine and have served for almost 10 years. I am currently stationed at Cherry Point, NC. I joined BP back in 2008 and have not been able to do much of anything due to two deployments and then I went and did a tour on Parris Island as a Drill Instructor.
Well I am a mother of 4 currently working as a dental hygienist. My husband and I lost a rental to shortsale this year. It has been 8 long months since the beginning of that fiasco. I know real estate will bring me financial freedom so I refuse to give up even though I lost out on my first investment property!
