I have owned property for over 15 years. Recently I have decided to get into investing. At this point, I'm still discovering what I don't know.

My wife and I have successfully remodeled two bathrooms, the kitchen, and the laundry room in our current home. We did ALL the work ourselves and believe we are ready to try our first flip. We just need to learn how to actually get started with little or no money of our own.
