I have been a probate and estate attorney since 1994. I am a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law which means I took a second bar exam just in these areas. I have completed over 2,000 California probate estates. I do probate work throughout California in areas of probate, estate and tax planning.
I have been an investor since 2005 when I bought my first rental but then my career got in the way. In early 2009 after the real estate crash , I bought more properties through the banks and rented out and just recently I sold them and got into rehab business since 2017.
