One of my two partners and long time friend started researching REI and brought the idea to my attention. Since then I spent about 2 months reading and listening to podcasts followed by getting contacts(second partner, agent, lender, lawyer) and starting our search.
I graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School with an emphasis on real estate land use. I went into private practice in areas of civil, real estate transactions, land use, among others. I have over 25 years experience with real estate transactions and land use law.
