36years old and just closing escrow on my very first house...Hope that it's the first of many.
I've been interested in investing in real estate for quite some time, just never seemed to have the opportunity. Now I feel that I have to make the opportunity (I'm not getting any younger). My main goal is to build a retirement fund but, paying off some debt (student loans in particular) along the way would be nice.
I’ve thought about investing in real estate for years. I finally got in this past year and I bought my first property. My goal is to purchase at least 1 more property this year, and eventually grow from there.
