Looking to get into rental properties. I have been a property manager for over 10 years. Running Section 8 and tax credit properties. Have managed several apartment communities at one time. Anywhere from 70 units up to 260 units. My husband and I currently have one rental house but are wanting to start purchasing additional homes.
