I am a single mother of a 3 year old daughter, and in school for office skills training to get a good job and living situation(need more space). I have been a Massage Therapist since 1986, but it isn't easy to make a living with only weekday hours.

Real Estate Investing/Wholesaling.
Recently took an early retirement and eager to dig in. I've waded thru many hours of several "RE Guru's" and their techniques. Discarded the "fluff/hype" and learned many tips. It's all a learning experience and I love a challenge.
