I'm interested in learning how to keep my accounting when flipping my own houses. I read somethings that were pretty interesting.
My first real insight into the real estate investing world was when I read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" back in sophomore year of High school. I was genuinely interested in real estate investing that I acquired my license at 19 mainly for the access to the MLS. Decided later to work as an agent as a means to get funds for my investing endeavors.
I am currently serving my apprenticeship as a plumbing, heating and cooling apprentice with a focus on welding. Off to the side I have renovated two homes with the skills that I have acquired over the past decade. I am looking to tailor my knowledge into the real estate realm as a second job.
Real estate agent in Miami Florida since 2015. I work with many investors and buyers from out of town and local as well. I have done my own flips, I also work with developers and invest in rental and commercial properties. I also work with investors helping them rent out their investment properties.
I have absolutely no experience in real estate investing, unless you count the homes that I have lived in.
I am looking at real estate investing as a way to supplement our income.
