Active duty military about to retire looking to supplement retirement income with rental properties

Hello, I have been in the real estate industry since 2004 in various aspects including, but not limited to, rental properties, property management, rehabbing, high-yield investments. I am also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Florida.
Remodeling my second property now.
I am a current student at University of Tampa majoring in finance and accounting. I am pursuing my real estate licence and brokers license. I am starting up a company with my fellow business partners and am looking into wholesaling and flipping houses.
