Flipping houses is something that I've had an interest in for many years now now it's time for me to act on it. I have no experience evident by my own house.

I became a real estate agent to earn as I learn. My goal is to be an investor in both the rental and flipping niches. I listen, read and talk with investors and am about to jump. I think it's about doing that first scary, exciting deal. Looking forward to valuable info and experiences.
