I am am Electrical Engineer turned real estate investor living in Los Angeles, CA. I focus on investing in single and mid-sized multifamily properties in the South Bay Area of LA via flips, long-term rentals, and ADU construction. I also invest passively in multifamily syndications in San Antonio, TX and Phoenix, AZ.
I am new to all of this and excited to learn about real estate investment. I am most interested in buy and hold properties to bring in slow and steady rental income. I am interested in the NY market, Brooklyn and Long Island.
