I was a long time real estate voyeur. In 2014 I purchased my first turnkey property in NC to dip my toe in the investing world. In 2016 I found bigger pockets. In 2017 I started investing in buy and hold single and multi-family properties using the BRRRR strategy. All properties are outside my home market and professionally managed.
Own and live in a resort type real estate property in Florida. Five years away from being empty nester and looking to go into part-time employment then.
